Welcome to Panna National Park Booking Services. The website www.pannanationalpark.co.in is owned and operated by Wild Enthusiast, an ecotourism agency based in India. By accessing or using this website and its services, you (“You” or “the user”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

Panna Safari Booking Policy

1. Advance Payment Required: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your safari reservation.
2. Non-Transferable: Safari bookings are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged with other individuals.
3. No Refunds or Cancellations: Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed under any circumstances.
4. Fee Adjustments: In the event of any fee revisions after your booking or in cases of incomplete occupancy, you will be required to pay the difference when entering the park.
5. ID Verification: You must present the same ID that you provided during the booking process upon arrival.
6. Park Closure: The park may be closed without prior notice at the discretion of Panna National Park’s forest officials.
7. Park Timings: Park operating hours are managed by the Maharashtra Forest Department and may change without prior notice.
8. Our Role: We are an independent ecotourism agency, not affiliated with the MP Forest Department or government. We are registered with the Directorate of Economics and Statistics, India, and operate as a private tour operator.
9. Inconveniences During Safari: We are not responsible for any issues that arise during the safari (e.g., flat tires, guide or driver misconduct, incomplete safari duration, sharing visitor delay etc.).
10. Sharing Safari : If you’re booking the safari on a shared basis, please note that you will need to wait for other passengers to join. The waiting time is typically around 1 hour.
11. Convenience Fee: As a private tour operator, we charge a convenience fee in addition to the government-mandated safari ticket price for securing your Jeep safari booking.
12. Convenience Fee Amount: The convenience fee ranges between ₹1500 and ₹10,000 per Jeep safari booking, depending on availability and the season.
13. Price Transparency: We recommend researching the safari ticket prices before booking. Once your reservation is made through us, no queries regarding charges will be entertained.
14. Agreement to Terms: By making a reservation, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. There will be no cancellations or refunds for any safari bookings, and no requests for rescheduling or refunds will be entertained.
